Minister of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sherzod Shermatov held a meeting with Mikko Mattenen, Director of Finland’s Digital and Population Data Agency.

During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for cooperation in the development of digital government systems, further improvement of public services, and the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies into public administration processes.

Particular attention was paid to Finland’s advanced experience in the provision of digital public services, data management systems, and the application of artificial intelligence solutions in public administration.

The sides also exchanged views on opportunities for sharing expertise, improving the qualifications of specialists, and implementing joint initiatives in the field of digital transformation and AI technologies.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties expressed interest in further strengthening bilateral cooperation in digital government, innovation and modern technologies.
